3-step skills testing.

All candidates have to complete our technical, psychometric and leadership skills testing programme before being put forward to the client. This way we know about what makes you tick, who is behind the skill sets the client is sourcing.

Contract continuity and enhancing long-term relations.

We don’t believe in the one-in-one-out approach to recruitment. Our aim is to build long-term relationships with our contractors and help them grow and develop through ongoing assignments that keep pushing the envelope.

No problem. We have a range of different affiliate companies and consultants that can help take care of the nitty-gritty things, offer you reduced rate up-skilling, management and leadership training. Even if you go full time you have on going access.

Working lunches.

We love feedback and we know you like free food, so it seems a good win-win to us. At Difrent you will have a dedicated account manager whose job will be to meet all candidates on site to ensure you are happy, see how we could improve, what we can help you with and basically have a chat.
